Continuous and Differential Pressure Controller

The Goyen Precision series dust collector cleaning systems controller has a unique modular format that allows a simple Sequential Mode controller to be easily upgraded to Enhanced Differential Pressure Mode control, analog and digital I/O, and full SCADA and DCS integration.

Description:

The master controller has 10 on-board outputs, which may be expanded to 200 outputs total through the connection of up to nineteen 10 output expansion cards. All outputs feature individual push-button manual triggers and LED lights. The expansion cards are available with compact push-in terminals or large screw-terminal types.

Continuous Mode Sequential Timers

The electronic microprocessor sequencer model "MT" uses advanced microprocessor technology, expressly designed to control the interval and pulse time of diaphragm valves, focusing on reverse pulse-jet systems with pneumatic cleaning procedures. All the technical characteristics satisfy the "CE" Directives and the Mecair product conforms with the following European Regulations: 89/336 EEC and 93/68 EEC.

Main Features

  • Regulation of the pulse time and the pause time, with indication on the display.
  • Short-circuit alarm and alarm for microprocessor malfunction.
  • Easy selection of outlet voltage (AC/DC) and inlet voltage (AC).
  • Setting number of end cycle cleaning. The final cleaning can start up with a remote contact as well as by switching off the fan.

On Demand, Differential Pressure Controls

The Goyen 20 Series Pulse Controller is an advanced microprocessor controller of the cleaning system in reverse pulse filters in pneumatic systems.

The 20 Series Pulse Controller can operate in the following modes:

  • Off 
  • Manual 
  • Automatic

In AUTOMATIC mode, sequential cleaning is initiated only when the differential pressure (DP) across the filter reaches a predetermined level. Once the DP is reduced to an acceptable level, sequential cleaning ceases.

200 Series Pulse Controller 

The Goyen 200 Series Pulse Controller is an advanced microprocessor controller of the cleaning system in reverse pulse filters in pneumatic systems.

The 200 Series Pulse Controller can operate in the following modes:

  • Off 
  • Manual 
  • Automatic

In AUTOMATIC mode, sequential cleaning is initiated only when the differential pressure (DP) across the filter reaches a predetermined level. Once the DP is reduced to an acceptable level, sequential cleaning ceases.

GC3000 Series Cleaning System Controller

(USA ONLY)
The Goyen Go-Co GC3000 series cleaning system controller was designed to satisfy the requirement for reliable 'demand' cleaning.
Three modes of operation can be programmed; 'off', 'continuous' or 'demand'. In practice demand cleaning reduces the number of cleaning pulses in a given period of time resulting in extended bag life, reduced compressed air consumption, longer valve life, lower emissions and less service downtime.

DP MONITOR

The DP Monitor is a differential pressure monitor designed specifically for filter house applications. The apparatus is available with 2 different mounting enclosures:

  • Standard ABS Enclosure (IP65)
  • Din Rail Mounting enclosure (IP64)

LEAK DETECTOR LKD

The leak detector is an electronic unit able to detect and signal minute abnormalities in the emission patterns of a gas flow from pulse-jet filters. A photoelectric infrared ray is detects presence of particulate matter within the airflow This allows the unit to relay information to any of a number of recording devices as to the status of the particulate matter in the ducts.

The high sensitivity of the LKD photoelectric sensor makes it possible to detect minute quantities of particulate within the system. A particulate presence as small as 1 milligram per cubic foot is detectable. The high sensitivity is complemented by the system ability to remain on line and fully functional despite heavy lens soiling.
