T Series Pulse Jet Valves

High performance diaphragm valve with threaded ports. Available with integral pilot or as remotely piloted valve. Outlet at 90 degrees to inlet.

Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning including bag filters, cartridge filters, envelope filters, ceramic filters, and sintered metal fibre filters.

200 Series

The 200 Series range of diaphragm valves comprises 7 models from 20mm (3/4") to 76mm (3") all with threaded female connections.

The right angle high flow design ensures an extremely fast opening time, high flowrates and ease of installation. The 200 series range of diaphragm valves are constructed in anodized die-cast aluminum providing protection from corrosive and environmental conditions.

The 200 Series is available with either the integral solenoid pilot valve (VEP) or remote solenoid pilot valve (VEM).

200 Series AISI 316

The stainless steel 200 Series range of diaphragm valves comprises 2 sizes, 25mm (1") to 40mm (11/2") all with threaded female connections.

The right angle high flow design ensures an extremely fast opening time, high flowrates and ease of installation. The 200 AISI316 series range of diaphragm valves are constructed in stainless steel (AISI 316) providing protection from corrosive and environmental conditions.

The 200 AISI316 Series is available with either the integral solenoid pilot valve (VEP) or remote solenoid pilot valve (VEM).

3 Series Pulse Jet Valves

Superior performance, easy maintenance diaphragm valve available with threaded ports (T3 Series), dresser nut ports (DD3 Series) or flange and slide ports (FS3 Series). Outlet at 90 degrees to inlet. 3 Series valves are available as remote pilot valves and may be converted to integral pilot applications through the use of the screw in pilots of the MIP and 3DS series. All 3 Series valves are supplied with CASTEC® protection, offering 500 hours resistance to salt spray.
